Two dyad diary posts

July 26, 2008

Dear Diary,

Today is Saturday and there is no way I could meet my dyad partner today. (Well unless she goes to our house.) But I found her on my friend's multiply account (that friend of mine was her groupmate before) so I invited her to be my contact.

Til tomorrow,
Andy

July 27, 2008

Dear Diary,

I checked my mail today and found out that Ria accepted my invite in multiply. She even dropped by my site and signed my guestbook to say hello, and I did the same thing to her. I told her I'm excited about our presentation on Thursday.

Til tomorrow,
Andy

Here comes Friday night

...which will eventually lead to my beloved weekend. This weekend was supposed to be a fun-filled weekend. Well, it's still gonna be fun, but not the fun I was expecting. *sigh*

OH WELL. At least, it's still gonna be fun :)

Things to do this weekend:
  • STUDY MATH.
  • Bio plates (Stem and Leaf)
  • Chem RDR (Expt 5)
  • Revise Juno REACTION paper.
  • STUDY BIO.
  • STUDY CHEM.
  • Practice *a** ****k*.
  • GET ENOUGH REST.

WHOA that's a lot. I guess I'll start with the seventh item from my To-Do list tonight.

Dear Diary,

I texted my dyad partner today when I got home from school, and she replied right away, said "Hello" back and asked me where I am. I told her I'm at home working on my school stuffs and my dyad diary. Then, she told me she'll be working on hers, too.

Til tomorrow,
Andy

---Lord, I hope I really did help someone today.

Mixed up feelings

These past days made me feel so tired, so sick, so depressed, so excited, so nervous, so happy, so stressed that I feel SO happy, so longing for weekend, all at the same time that I feel like puking! (Two more days, Andy. Weekend's not that far.)

I long for weekends because weekends make me feel relaxed less stressed, and it gives me time to digest everything (HAHA digest = Ma'am Roderos.) Weekend's the only time I feel okay. Physically and mentally.

Acads gets tougher and tougher everyday :( and HELL WEEK IS COMING :((

--Magsisingit na lang din ako ng Dyad Diary ko dito for Comm3. So I won't forget what happened today.--

Dear Diary,

I met my dyad pair today, RIA! We were the first pair called and we were both wearing purple shirts! She's a freshman taking up IE - and it's her birthday today. (HAPPY BIRTHDAY RIA!)
We already talked about our presentation and we'll be doing *a** ****k* (secret muna - but i'll put our presentation when i submit this to ma'am :p) and I'm so excited about our presentation next week. Right now, we're working on our props and costumes.

Til tomorrow,
Andy

HAHA Writing diary-style brings out the child in us.

Just so you would know

Nope, this isn't a new blog. I just changed my blogspot address because...I don't know. Maybe because I want my name to be included in the link. Yeah maybe. Whatever. Well, that's it, just so you would know :)

Additional:
I spent my weekend customizing my siteS. I know, it's a waste of time and to think that I should be studying and doing my plates, rdr, script, reaction paper, etc instead. But I love my blog, my multiply and all others, they need to be pampered :)

I just remembered, I read this from a book,

"The world is divided into two classes of people - those who have Internet access and those who have a life."

Whatever haha, but Internet is my life, at least a part of it.

Duck and Devil

I got this email so long ago, and I decided to post it here.

This is so good. It allows us to see the heart of God and how we also should forgive each other.

The Duck & the Devil.

A little boy was visiting his grandparents on their farm. He was given a slingshot to play with out in the woods. He practiced in the woods but he could never hit the target getting a little discouraged, he headed back home for dinner. As he was walking back when he saw Grandma's pet duck. Just out of impulse, he let the slingshot fly, hit the duck square in the head and killed it. He was shocked and grieved! In a panic, he hid the dead duck in the wood pile, only to see his sister watching! Sally had seen it all, but she said nothing. After lunch the next day Grandma said, "Sally, let's wash the dishes." But Sally said, 'Grandma, Johnny told me he wanted to help in the kitchen.' Then she whispered to him, "Remember the duck?" So Johnny did the dishes. Later that day, Grandpa asked if the children wanted to go fishing, and Grandma said, "I'm sorry but I need Sally to help make supper." Sally just smiled and said, "Well that's all right because Johnny told me he wanted to help." She whispered again, "Remember the duck?" So Sally went fishing and Johnny stayed to help. After several days of Johnny doing both his chores and Sally's, he finally couldn't stand it any longer. He came to Grandma and confessed that he had killed the duck. Grandma knelt down, gave him a hug and said, "Sweetheart, I know. You see, I was standing at the window and I saw the whole thing, but because I love you, I forgave you. I was just wondering how long you would let Sally make a slave of you."

'Thought for the day and every day hereafter: Whatever is in your past, whatever you have done and the devil keeps throwing it up in your face . . . (lying, cheating, debt, fear, bad habits, hatred, anger, bitterness, etc.) Whatever it is, you need to know that God was standing at the window and He saw the whole thing. He has seen your whole life. He wants you to know that He loves you and that you are forgiven. He's just wondering how long you will let the devil make a slave of you. The great thing about God is that when you ask for forgiveness, He not only forgives you, but He forgets. It is by God's grace and mercy that we are saved. Go ahead and make the difference in someone's life today. Share this with a friend, and always remember: God is at the window! When Jesus died on the cross; He was thinking of you!
